Important Notes

You as the property owner are responsible for making the necessary copies of the application if you download the form. The county board of taxation will not make copies.

One copy of the appeal with a check/cash or money order to be filed at the Board of Taxation.

One copy to the Assessor’s office and one copy to the Clerk’s office of your municipality.

Form must be completed in its entirety when submitted. It is to your advantage to have your comparable sales listed on your form at the time of filing.

It is your responsibility to read the instructions and fill out application.
