PAS-1 Form/Property Tax Relief 

New Jersey residents can now apply to three major property relief programs with one single application - Form PAS-1. You can apply for these programs: Property Tax Reimbursement (Senior Freeze); Affordable New Jersey Communities for Owners and Renters (ANCHOR); Stay NJ. This one-stop application can be used by resident homeowners and renters age 65 and older and those who are receiving federal Social Security Disability benefits. The deadline to file Form PAS-1 is October 31, 2025.
