Age Friendly SOMA Oct 27th Happenings!

Deadline is Oct 31 to fill out PAS-1!
We’re continuing with our push to create more awareness about the need for those over 65 to file the PAS-1 form.   

According to the state, at the end of July only about one third of those over 65 had filed a PAS-1 Form.  

As you know, notices were recently sent out to those UNDER 65 that Anchor payments will be going out automatically to renters and homeowners who received them last year.  This has created confusion for those OVER 65.

For those OVER 65 who are either a renter or homeowner, a PAS-1 form MUST be filed in order to receive a tax rebate for Anchor as well as for Senior Freeze and Stay NJ.
