South Orange Village Celebrates Black History Month!

This February, South Orange Village is proud to join the community in honoring Black History Month. The 2025 national theme, "African Americans and Labor," was chosen by the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH).

In collaboration with our incredible community organizations, South Orange is hosting a variety of engaging events to celebrate, educate, and connect. These activities highlight the rich history, culture, and contributions of the Black community.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our community partners for their creativity and effort in curating such a vibrant event lineup. A special thank-you also goes to the volunteers whose passion and dedication have brought this initiative to life.
