  • South Orange residents can dispose of confidential documents at no cost. Proof of residency is required and commercial vehicles will not be permitted into the yard.

    Event ends when the shredding truck is filled to capacity. Arrive early.

Property taxes are a major challenge for older residents on a fixed income in NJ.  But with the ANCHOR program and the recently expanded Senior Freeze, relief is possible.

In our recent survey, we found only 26% of residents are enrolled in the Senior Freeze - most never heard of it.  with income limits going up to $150,000 and the 10-year residency requirement eliminated, it is more imporant than ever to let people know about the Freeze program.
