Want to go for a run but don’t know how to get started? Join the SOMA Fox Running Club for this FREE community event open to anyone 18 and older. Led by coaches and volunteers, this event will review dynamic warm up, demonstrate proper running form, discuss running gear, and learn how to find your pace.
