Final Summer Green Savings!
This week is the last installment of the Environmental Commission’s summer Green Savings for South Orange series! We hope our posts have given you the information you need to make your home more efficient and claim government incentives.
Additional home clean energy rebates will become available later in 2023, and we’ll be back to walk you through them. Stay subscribed to our emails, Facebook, and Instagram to be the first to know about these new types of savings.

Public Works Events

Branch Pickup: Branches will be collected by appointment only on Tuesday, August 22
Container Day: Sat, August 26, 8 AM; 300 Walton Ave
South Orange residents are welcome to drop off household bulk items at the Public Works facility between 8 AM and 1:30 PM. Proof of residency is required and no commercial vehicles (U-Haul's/ Home Depot rental vans) are permitted on the property. Electronics, construction material, and hazardous waste will not be accepted at these events.
