Essex County Mobile Vaccination Van to Visit South Orange, Maplewood

The Essex County Mobile Health Clinic will be onsite at Columbia High School (gym parking lot, Valley Street) to administer COVID-19 Vaccinations on August 17 and September 7* from 10 am to 2 pm. The site is open to all SOMA residents ages 12 and up.
Three vaccinations are available onsite:

Pfizer (Age 12+)
Moderna (Age 18+)
Johnson & Johnson (Age 18+)

Please note that a parent/guardian must accompany all children for vaccine administration.
You can register for this event by calling the Maplewood Department of Health at (973) 762-8120.
*The Mobile Unit will return on Tuesday, September 7th (three weeks later) to give the second dose of Pfizer. Those receiving the Moderna vaccination on August 17 must go to another county location, four-weeks later, for the second dose. The Johnson & Johnson vaccination is a single dose. Please visit essexcovid.org for additional vaccination information.

Farmers Market

Stop by the Sloan Street parking lot every Wednesday from 2 - 7 PM, June through October to pick up your fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, freshly baked breads, nuts, meats, pickles, olives, homemade ice cream, apple cider soul food and so much more.
