South Orange Celebrates Black History Month

The Township of South Orange Village is honored to celebrate Black History Month with the South Orange Community. This year's national theme is The Black Family: Representation, Identity and Diversity.

Join the CCR and SO community on Sunday, February 28 at 4 PM for Black Health Matters: COVID19 Vaccines and the Black Community with Panelists Khalil Gibran Muhammad, Dr. Omar Bey, Camara Phyllis Jones and Sean Hudson as they present facts about the vaccines, their results and their importance. Public Works Events

Metal Pickup- On Tuesday, February 23, DPW will pickup metal recyclables for residents who have prescheduled and paid for this service. There is 6 item limit for this pickup.
Household Bulk Pickup- On Thursday, February 25, DPW will collect household bulk items with the exception of metal and electronics for residents who have prescheduled and paid for this service. There is a limit of 6 items for this pickup.
