Spring Cleanup

Do you still have leftover leaves and branches in your yard? Spring Cleanup will run from April 1 through May 13. There will be no additional pickups before or after the dates listed. Follow the guidelines below to avoid any violations of the Municipal Housing Code. Branches: 4 inches or smaller in diameter may be placed curbside. Roots and stumps are not permitted. Smaller branches or twigs can be bundled with twine to keep them from scattering. Leaves, yard clippings, and garden rakings must be placed in brown biodegradable bags curbside. You cannot rake leaves into the street at this time of year. Grass Clippings: The Department of Public Works does not accept grass clippings under any circumstances. You may contact your disposal company to arrange a pickup. They are a private company and any associated fees are not monitored by the Township.
