Tax Due Dates

February 1st, May 1st, August 1st and November 1st.

There is a 10 day grace period granted by the Board of Trustees; after 10 days, taxes are delinquent and interest is charged at the rate of 8% on the first $1,500.00 and 18% thereafter. Delinquency means the sum of all taxes and municipal charges due on a given parcel of property covering any number of quarters or years. Water is billed quarterly and is due within 30 days of the billing date. Interest is charged at 8% per annum (2% per quarter).
