TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH ORANGE VILLAGE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTING SERVICES PERTAINING TO RECYCLING AND WASTE SERVICES FOR THE PARTICIPATING MEMBER MUNICIPALITIES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH ORANGE VILLAGE AND TOWNSHIP OF MAPLEWOOD

The Township of South Orange Village is soliciting proposals for Consulting Services pertaining to Recycling and Waste Services. Proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, March 2, 2021 attention Ellen Malgieri, Purchasing Agent. Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside “Recycling and Waste Services Consultant.” Copies of the RFP may be obtained on the Village Website, www.southorange.org. The Township of South Orange Village reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to reject any and/or all proposals as in its judgement may best serve the interest of the Township. The Township shall have a minimum of sixty (60) days from receipt of the proposals to either accept or reject them. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127. Pursuant to P.L. 2004, c.57, effective September 1, 2004, the successful bidder shall also be required to comply with the provision of the new Business Registration Law.
