Event: Production Vs. Consumption Beat Battle Invitational w/Host Max Jerome

Location: The Goat, 21 South Orange Ave.

Time:Networking & Doors open @ 7:15pm/ Show starts 8:15pm sharp

Fee: $8 cover / $2 cafe min.

 

Description:

Basically-HipHop.com presents: Production versus Consumption-"The Magnificent Seven"-Vol. 103. NJ's First Ever Categorized 360 Degree-Beat Battle-Season 1. Hosted by Max Jerome (WBAI-FM/WPSC-FM) of basically-hiphop.com, The Production Versus Consumption Beat Battle takes place the first Friday of each month and features: New Jersey producers (of varying levels) competing and also showcasing recording artists (established & unsigned) from the tri-state area. Location: The Baird, 5 Mead Street
Time:10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Fee: Free
The South Orange Department of Recreation and Cultural Affairs together with the South Orange Health Department is sponsoring the first annual "Stroll Don't Roll" - an event to encourage the community to walk instead of drive to activities located in or around The Baird.  The event will also include a Health Fair, which will provide free health screenings, bike helmet safety, and many additional activities.
