At the beginning of every year a schedule is inserted into the Gaslight news letter as well as updated on the South Orange Public Works webpage which includes special event dates for paper shredding, electronic waste, hazardous waste, and container days for bulk household disposal.  This should be a helpful tool to ensure we are meeting regulatory requirements as a community.  If you have any questions regarding this article or proper disposal methods for specific items please feel free to contact the Department of Public Works for assistance, 973-378-7741 ext. 1.
